Cookstown cemetery board marks 50th anniversary

The 50th anniversary of Cookstown’s Cemetery Board will take place June 1 at St. John’s Anglican Church. All are welcome to attend, especially with a friend of relative who is interred there.

The event will take place 11:15 a.m. Reverend Canon Judy Rois, incumbent from 1987-1991, will be the guest speaker at the service. There will be refreshments served afterwards.

The church is located on 29 Church St., Cookstown. Call 705-458-1801 or 705-458-1835 for more information.
