Boyfriend faces weapons charge

A 30-year-old Churchill man was arrested April 3 after his 22-year-old girlfriend told police her boyfriend threatened to kill her if she left him.
After searching the residence, South Simcoe Police found improperly stored guns and ammunition.
Police charged the man with uttering threats and careless storage of firerms.
He was held for a bail hearing.
