Tickets are going fast for the upcoming black-tie gala for the Grieving Children at Seasons Centre.
The gala will take place March 29 at the Barrie Golf and Country Club.
With only 200 tickets available and 160 already sold, events supervisor Jennifer Berry said people should call now before it’s too late.
“This event is always a huge success for the centre,” she said. “It’s a great fundraiser and it’s fun to get dressed up for a great night out.”
The gala includes cocktails, dinner, a casino, a live and silent auction, and live music from Straight, No Chaser.
Items up for auction include a trip for two to St. Martin, golf packages, spa packages, a trip to Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls and jewelry.
This year’s the event is Klondike themed, and guests will have a chance to win a gold nugget.
“It’s a black-tie event, so you don’t have to come dressed for the Klondike,” said Berry. “Everyone will get a complimentary Klondike-themed photo to remember the night by.”
