I see that Trinity Development Corp. has everything going it's way on the southeast corner of Innisfil Beach Road and the 20th
Sideroad, now that all the 19th century encumbrances have been removed.

What, pray-tell, has your savvy town council asked of Trinity in the way of compensation for the loss of the McConkey House?

I hope an answer will be forthcoming.

I observe that Trinity has generously agreed to allow the town the use of some fieldstones in the gateway entrance to Alcona.
Wow, a bit of shrewd negotiating on the part of council, to be sure.
