South Simcoe Police seized a replica handgun from a Barrie woman Saturday after she brought the stolen weapon to her boyfriend’s Innisfil house.
The replica gun had been stolen from the woman’s employer.
According to police, the woman arrived at her boyfriend’s house while intoxicated and showed him the firearm.
A 48-year-old Barrie woman is charged with theft under $5,000 and possession of stolen property.
