Copper like gold for thieves

Thieves stripped all the copper piping out of a vacant home on Conc. 5 May 8.
With copper prices hitting more than $3 per pound, the metal has become more attractive to burglars.
The copper is usually sold to scrap metal dealers after it is stolen.
