David Virgoe was killed June 18
Emotional wounds will be reopened in March, for the family of a dead Innisfil family truck driver.

Three Toronto-area men, charged in an alleged street racing episode that killed David Virgoe last summer, will be back in Barrie court March 10, under a publication ban.

Prabhjit Multani and Nauman Nusrat, both 20, and Ravi Badhwar, 21, all of Mississauga, are charged with criminal negligence causing death by street racing, as well as with dangerous driving.

Virgoe, 48, was at the wheel of his truck on Highway 400 June 18, when three vehicles were seen weaving in and out of traffic at high speed. Virgoe had to swerve to avoid them, and was killed when his rig rolled into the ditch. The incident prompted the provincial government to crack down on street racing.
